Nearest stop, best route

It picks the stop closest to you. And the bus that gets you there first.

Tell Commutick where home and work are. It finds the stop you can actually walk to, shows how far it is, and recommends the route. Prefer your usual 27 or the Green Line? Choose it yourself.

Questions

Good to know

Where do the times come from?

Bus and rail times come from the National Transport Authority's real-time feed (Transport for Ireland), refreshed every minute. Luas times come from TII's Luas forecasting service. When a vehicle isn't reporting live, Commutick shows the timetable and marks it as scheduled.

Does it work outside Dublin?

Yes. Commutick uses the national feed, so it covers bus and rail services across the Republic of Ireland, including Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford. Luas is Dublin only, of course.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up and no email address. Your commutes are stored on your phone.

What happens to my location?

Your location is used only to find stops near you and to tell which commute you're on. It is never sold, shared or used for ads, and it isn't linked to your identity. See the privacy policy for details.

How does the free month work?

Pro unlocks automatically the first time you open the app. You don't enter any payment details. After 30 days you're back on the free version unless you choose to subscribe for €0.99 a month.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Commutick is iPhone only for now, because the Home Screen widget and Lock Screen countdown are built on iOS features.
